Why “Customer Relationship Management” is critical to your business
Presented by Chris Farias, President, EBS Inc.

The Customer is the reason why we are in business and why we can put food on our tables and gas in the tank. We all know how much easier and cheaper it is to get new business from an existing customer than it is from a new prospect. However, few companies have made significant strides in nurturing and protecting this relationship with the customer as an extremely valuable ASSET and as a source of new business. This presentation will focus on the importance of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) in ANY business. The strides that have been made in information technology over the last 10 years have put CRM well within the reach of small and medium sized businesses. Even a 1 person company can achieve QUANTUM increases in productivity with CRM!
